How long does onboarding take?
Typically 3-4 weeks from signing to full operation. Week 1 is discovery, Week 2 is team setup, and Weeks 3-4 are integration and testing. You'll spend less than 3 hours total during this process.
Do I need to use specific accounting software?
We work with Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks. If you're not using any software yet, we recommend Xero and can help you set it up. We can also work with most other cloud accounting platforms.
What if I'm not happy with the service?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied in the first month, we'll refund your payment, no questions asked. After that you can cancel with 30 days notice.
How do you ensure data security?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, on secure cloud platforms with strict role-based access controls. Your data stays in approved systems.
