What happens if I exceed my transaction limit?
We'll let you know if you're approaching your limit. Additional transactions are charged at $2 each, or we can upgrade you to the next tier for better value.
Are there any setup fees?
No setup fees for our standard packages. If you need historical cleanup or complex system integration, we'll provide a custom quote for that one-time work.
Can I change packages later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time with 30 days notice. We want to grow with your business, not lock you into something that doesn't fit.
What's included in the monthly price?
Everything listed in your package tier. No hidden fees for basic services. The only additional costs are for add-ons you specifically request or if you exceed your transaction limits.
Do you offer discounts for annual payment?
Yes. Pay annually and get 2 months free (about a 16% discount). That's $9,600 instead of $14,400 for the Starter package, for example.
